The wood-plastic door is made of ultra-fine wood powder mixed with PVC resin and manufactured by plasticizing process.It has the
excellent characteristics of wood and plastic,and teh door produced has the effect of real wood imitation.Because the raw
materials used and the production process are not glued with glue,no harmful substances such as formaldehyde,benzene,ammonia and
trichioroethylene are produced,which is a new environmentally friendly material that replaces traditional wood.
Description of pvc profile machine:
1. PVC profile extrusion equipment is designed for extrusion of PVC plastic door and window profile, wide door board, and multi-cable threading profiles.
2. For different sectional surface and molds, twin conical (parallel) screws extruder of different specifications can be chosen together with corresponding vacuum calibrating table, haul-off unit, cutting unit, stacker, etc. Capacity of the line can be optionally chosen from 80-700kg/h. Special designed vacuum calibrating table, haul-off and cutter with saw dust collecting system guarantee fine product and stable production.
3. The whole system is automatically controlled by PLC for easy operation. Also each equipment in the line can be separately controlled.
This line features stable plasticization, high output, low sheering force, long life service and other advantages.
